Utilizing CNC controlled equipment; we perform forming, punching, bending processes, and automated hardware insertion with a high degree of precision. Welding capabilities include MIG, TIG, and resistance spot welding. Many steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloys can be used to fabricate a variety of products such as enclosures, brackets, and metal furniture components.

Custom shapes up to 0.625" thick can be laser cut from sheet stock up to 120" in length and 60" in width. The ability to laser cut materials prior to forming allows us to cut intricate hole patterns and part features with very little labor and no dedicated tooling, reducing costs. Press brakes and punch presses range in size and tonnage to accommodate multiple sheet sizes and thicknesses and are equipped with back stops to reduce labor and increase repeatability.

Available secondary and finishing services include painting, powder coating, vibratory tumbling, assembly, and packaging. Delivery is available in the local area and parcel or LTL shipping can be arranged to customers outside of our region.
